Raising Service Requests

During the process of an incident investigation, you may decide that you need to raise a service request. This may be based upon a recommendation raised during a debriefing, or it may just be the best resolution for the incident as determined by the inspector.

You can do this at any time by clicking the "Service Request" button on the Incident Report. This brings up the New Service Request form, but also links it to the incident report, so it can be easily located in the future, should the incident be reviewed.

To see all related Service Requests for a particular incident, just go to the bottom of the Incident Report and click the "Service" tab.
