Often workflow operations in AssetChief try to determine who to send requests to based on the supervisor for a particular asset or the location in which it's based. When that isn't set up, it will default instead to the main asset supervisor. It's important to set this user in the Configuration tab (click the hamburger on the left, top side). The Main Asset Supervisor will be responsible for directing (re-assigning) any work for assets that aren't yet configured with an asset supervisor.
