Some users may be issues permanent passes, which will be cards with unique number barcodes printed on them, used for identification as employees or pre-approved visitors.
To utilize these, you can list the permanent pass holders in the Lists tab, then click on the hamburger icon and select "Access Passes".
There you can click the "+" button to add new entries. Here you will add just the access pass ID and then select the user in the system that it relates to.
These passes allow you to check-in to the system quickly. The receptionist or guard will just have to click "Scan Visitor ID", scan the pass ID, and it will then check them in automatically. If they're already checked in, then scanning the pass will cause them to be checked-out automatically.
