Collecting Feedback / Suggestions

Introduction

When you're managing assets, any ideas, suggestions, questions or observations you can garner from people will be valuable to you. Perhaps someone can see a safety risk that you weren't aware of. Or perhaps an employee sees a way to improve efficiency. The more information you have, the better equipped you are. AssetChief makes it easy to collect this kind of feedback from people, and make sure it gets routed to the appropriate manager for review and processing.

In AssetChief the Feedback tab is used for this purpose.

Any user can enter new feedback: they simply click the Enter Feedback button on this tab. The URL for that action can (and should) be provided to all users of the system so they can easily provide feedback when appropriate.
