Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is an area under the asset (under Documents) for storing any kind of text-based knowledge entries. You can think of the knowledge base as a kind of "wikipedia" for your asset.

You can use this area to enter any kind of notes you wish. Tips, thoughts, ideas - any kind of free-form text information can be stored.

To create a new knowledge base entry, just click the plus icon at the top of the list. Then enter in the title and put the text of your article below that.

Knowledge base entries can also have folders (sub-entries). Once you create your article, just expand the entry and add sub-items. Those, too, can have sub-items giving you great flexibility in how you structure your information database.
