Insurance

The Insurance section of the Asset record lets you store any insurance policies you have related to the given asset.

Here you will enter the policy name and number, the vendor, coverage details and dates, the current status and a copy of the policy file (scanned). If you don't have a scanner, you can also just take a picture of the policy and upload it as a picture.

The Insurance policy expiration will show up in the Important Dates report if it is imminent.
